MILTON KEYNES MUSEUM

The Museum was founded in 1973 when a group of local people began to collect items found in farms and factories that were being closed down to make way for the development of Milton Keynes, the UK’s last ‘new city’. Milton Keynes Museum is where history comes to life with amazing stories, brilliant re-creations, and displays you can touch and try out. It is one of the UK’s most family friendly museums – and we’ve got something to captivate visitors of every generation.
