Run by professional pastry chef Sophie Lewis, Pure Patisserie is a brand new bake school that operates every Sunday and also has a dessert, cake and cookie counter that opens every Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. They also supply cakes, desserts and all baked goods for weddings, parties, dinners, or special events.
