Play Parks

There are thirteen play parks and a skate park in Buckingham! As well as the play areas in Chandos, Heartlands and Bourton Parks there are additional play areas in green spaces in and around Buckingham. Older children will enjoy the thrill of zipwires, climbing challenges and spinners at Otters Brook, Moreton Road, and Bourton Park Senior play area. Looking for something for everyone? The play areas in Chandos Park, Bourton Park and Lace Hill Sports and Community Centre as well as Stratford Fields, Clarence Park, Bobbins Way and Needlepin Way all suit mixed age groups with a good mix of equipment for younger children as well as teens. If you are out with little ones most of the above parks contain infant swings and slides, but Ken Tagg, Overn Avenue and Bridge Street are all smaller quiet parks that might be just the ticket.
