Drypoint printing is an intaglio printing process, originally using metal plates, in this workshop you will use acetate plates. You will practice mark making using a stylus. Then using a reference image you will use the stylus to create your final printing plate. You will be guided on how to ink up your plate and make your prints. Each is unique as the inking process varies slightly each time.
There will be a couple of breaks during the day with tea/coffee/juice, biscuits and cake provided. Please take a packed lunch with you as that is not provided.
All materials supplied including handmade paper.
