Buckingham, Winslow and District Scouts are proud to announce the opening of their SEN Explorer Unit called Outlaw ESU (for ages 14-18 years old) in Buckingham. The unit has been formed to enable Young People of Explorer age, that might not be able to attend a mainstream Explorer Unit the opportunity for action, adventure and activities in scouting.
